Oxlac built the IgCops app as an non ad-supported application. This Service is provided by Oxlac at no cost and is intended for use as is. Oxlac is described as “we”, “Oxlac” in this document. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use our service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that we collect through third parties is used for providing and improving the service. Oxlac will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
While using our Service, we do not require you to provide us with any personally identifiable information in any form. The obtained login information by use of this app is only stored in your device and never obtained to process in any online servers. The user has the option to delete their information by stored in their devices by logging out of the acciunt when needed. We neither have any servers to process the information nor want to store the information, obtained in the app. However, the app does use third party services that may collect information such as advertisement ID’s used to identify you. No Third Party collects any details regarding account login such as username and password details.
We would like to disclose that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we may collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data will solely be used for improvement of our Services

The following section deals with the use of an Instagram account for the application IgCops to function properly.
- IgCops is not responsible for any account loss, account ban, account termination , account hacking or improper functioning of the Instagram account caused due to the use of IgCops.
- IgCops will actively attempt to prevent any issues from arising in your account and provide multiple warnings of excessive data refreshing. If you decide to ignore these warning’s, Oxlac is not responsible for the consequences and effect on your Instagram account.
- We do not in any way or form store any sensitive login information on our servers. All account login information is stored on the device and is erased when the application is deleted.
- The application IgCops should be only used for personal use and not for commercial use. Refer to Prohibited Conduct listed above for more details.
- The automation of this application is strictly prohibited and Oxlac holds no liability for the consequences of the user
